Faith Formation

Dear Parents and Guardians due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 crisis, Faith formation for the Catechetical Year 2020-2021 will be held virtually. Due to Diocesan guidelines, the start of Faith Formation will be delayed until October. A test email was sent out to the parents to make sure we have the correct email address for you. During our test run on Saturday, October 3 we hit a snag, we are waiting on word from the diocese and hope to start within the next two weeks. Please use the weeklies provided in the packet with your child. Apologies and will continue to keep you updated.

If you have any questions or concerns please call the  rectory at (718)-529-0273.

Be Safe, Be Healthy!

Pope Francis prayer to the Virgin Mary to watch over the world in this current moment of crisis.

O Mary, you shine continuously on our journey as a sign of salvation and hope. We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the sick.

At the foot of the Cross you participated in Jesus’ pain, with steadfast faith. You, Salvation of the Roman People, know what we need.

We are certain that you will provide, so that, as you did at the Cana of Galilee, joy and feasting might return after this moment of trial.

Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform Ourselves to the Father’s sill and to do what Jesus tells us:

He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and bore our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen.

We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God.Do not despise our pleas-we who are put to the test– and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.

Pope Francis—11 March 2020, 19:08
