Welcome Back
We would to say welcome back to
Rev. Fr. Longinus Panachy Ogbede, who will be our visiting summer priest. Fr. Ogbede will arrive on July 26, 2022. He is a priest of the Lagos Archdiocese
and Pastor of The Catholic Church of the Presentation in
GRA Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
Parish Office Summer Hours
Our summer office hours have started.
The parish office will be open Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm
beginning Mon, June 27th until Tues, Sept 6th.
Faith Formation
In the fall we will be going to a hybrid year. The sessions will be in-person (Sundays-10:30am-12:00pm) with some
virtual sessions (Saturdays 10:30am-12:00pm)
Registration information will be announced in August.

Mass Attendance for Faith Formation Students:
We understand your health concerns during this difficult time, Mass attendance is a very important part of the Faith Formation program especially for those in the Sacramental programs.
Please make every effort to join us during our celebrations.
Diocese of Brooklyn Pilgrimage
The Diocese of Brooklyn is sponsoring a one-day pilgrimage to
the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate
Conception, Washington, DC, on Saturday, October 22, 2022. The pilgrimage will take place under the leadership of Bishop Robert Brennan. Buses will leave from local parish churches and return the same day.
We would like to see if there is any interest in doing this as a
parish. There is a sign up sheet in the back of the church for those who are interested. If there is an interest, more information will be forthcoming.
Paris, Lourdes and Fatima Pilgrimage-April 10-21,2023
Join us as we visit some of the Marian Apparition sites.
We will visit Lourdes, where our Lady appeared to
Bernadette, and visit the Grotto with the healing waters.
Fatima where she appeared to Lucia, Francisco and
Jacinta and She performed the Miracle of the Sun.
Along the way we will also visit Paris, Avila and Lisbon.

The Annual Catholic Appeal 2022
The appeal for 2022 has begun. Our parish goal again is 18,879.00. Please make your pledges. Let us do our best to reach our goal. Remember, any amount received over our goal comes back to the parish.

Diocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass
The Sacrament of Marriage should be celebrated.
Al couples regardless of the anniversary year are invited to renew
their vows. Bring y our family to witness your exchange and the
continued commitment to one another.

Food Pantry
The food pantry is grateful to two young men, Louis Yeboah and
Emmanuel Andrews for their help this summer
The pantry is always in need of volunteers to help with
deliveries 1-2 Tuesday mornings a month. Anyone who would like to help with deliveries can call (718) 322-3077 and leave a
message. They should be able to lift 25-30 lbs.
