Faith Formation

The session on January 22, 2023 will be in-person.

It will be in the Evangelization Center,  not in the Parish Hall.

 

The next session is virtual and will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023. The link will be sent by email.

Mass Attendance for Faith Formation Students:

We understand your health concerns during this difficult time, Mass attendance is a very important part of the Faith Formation program especially for those in the Sacramental programs.

Please make every effort to join us during our celebrations.

 

The Annual Catholic Appeal 2022

The appeal for 2022 is complete. Our parish goal was 18,879.00.

As of January 16, we had pledges totaling 23,855.00, all money pledged have been received. We thank everyone who made

pledges. The amount of  $4,976.00 will come to the parish.

 

Paris, Lourdes and Fatima Pilgrimage-April 10-21,2023

There is still time to join us as we visit some of the Marian Apparition sites. We will visit Lourdes, where our Lady

appeared to Bernadette, and visit the Grotto with the

healing waters. Fatima where she appeared to Lucia,

Francisco and Jacinta and She performed the Miracle of

the Sun. Along the way we will also visit Paris, Avila and Lisbon.

Second Collections

There will be a second collection this Sunday, January 22, 2023

for the Churches In Need

 

Food Pantry

The pantry served 116 families in December which included 252 adults, 123 children and 60 seniors.

The pantry is in need of volunteers to help with deliveries 1-2 Tuesday mornings a month. Anyone who would like to help with deliveries can call (718) 322-3077 and leave a message. They should be able to lift 25-30 lbs.

 

Black History Month Movie Matinee

The Brooklyn Vicariate Office of Black Catholic Concerns

and St. Mary Magdalene RC Church’s Last Judgement Ministry

are having a Movie Matinee of:

“Going Home Like A Shooting Star: Thea Bowman’s Journey to Sainthood”
